By making a reservation and while staying at the Virginia Hotel, you and your company agree and accept the following Terms and Conditions.
Prices
All published rates are in Euros and include sales tax and local taxes. Accommodation rates are per room per night, including continental breakfast.
DO NOT enter your Credit Card details in any forms on our website. Please provide card details via the printable fax form.
Check-In/Check-Out
Check in time is any time after 13:00 hours. If guests arrive before, we can offer to hold luggage at the hotel in the event that their room is unavailable. Check out time on the date of departure is 11:00 hours. Equally we offer the service to guests where we can hold luggage after 11:00 hours until the end of the day on the date of departure. Please inform us ahead of schedule if you plan to arrive after 21:00 hours.
Additional Bed (third person sharing)
A rollaway single bed will be provided for the third person sharing a double room. See the rates page for additional charges.
Car parking
The Hotel has an unsecure car park for a limited number of vehicles.
Access
Both the front and rear entry/exits to the hotel are accessed by steps, making wheelchair access difficult. Once in the hotel, access to the reception, dining area, lounge, pool and hotel rooms are accessible via the lift(elevator).
Privacy
The Virginia Hotel does not modify, copy, distribute, license, sell or redistribute any of your personal file information.
